Flats for the bank's officers at Phase X, Mohali, built for its Local Head Office in Chandigarh.
What we built
84 officers' flats under agreement 509/2 of 27 July 2012. Work began on 30 May 2013, with 24 months allowed for the whole job.
How it went
The flats were complete on 26 May 2015, three days before the contracted date. The final value of work came to ₹2,447 Lac, about 5% below the tendered value of ₹2,567 Lac. The bank rated our work Good on every count of its performance report.
